Made-to-Order Items

All of our garments are made-to-order, created specifically for you. Because of this:

Cancellations are not possible once production has started.

Standard return rights under EU law (14-day cooling-off period) do not apply to made-to-order or customized items.

Returns for Faulty Items Only

We only accept returns if an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. 

Please note: Minor variations, natural irregularities, or design details (e.g., distressed edges, raw hems, or other intentional features) are not considered faults and are not eligible for return.

Shipping & Customs

All orders are shipped from the UK. Customers are responsible for any customs, import duties, or taxes that may apply in their country. Please check your local regulations before ordering.
