Refund policy

Returns

Petra Fagerström pieces are made in single units, so we ask that you consider each purchase carefully. If a piece is not right, you may return it within 14 calendar days of delivery.

To start a return, email info@petrafagerstrom.com with your order number, your name and the reason for the return. We will reply as soon as we can, normally within a few working days, with a prepaid DHL return label. The cost of the return label is deducted from your refund. Returns must be sent from the original delivery address and one return label is issued per order.

Return conditions

Pieces must come back in the condition they left us: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with all labels attached and in the original packaging. A piece that arrives worn, damaged or without its labels cannot be accepted for a refund and will be sent back to you.

Refunds

Once the returned piece has arrived and been checked, we will confirm your refund by email. Refunds go to the original payment method and can take up to 10 working days to appear depending on your bank or card provider. The duties and taxes we paid on your behalf when the order shipped are included in your refund, only the return label cost is deducted.

Exchanges

Because each piece is made in a single unit we cannot hold exchanges. If you would like a different piece, return the original and place a new order.

Faulty or incorrect items

If a piece arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will arrange collection and a full refund or replacement at our cost.
