Orders
Because all items are made-to-order, orders cannot be canceled once confirmed. You may only request a return for faulty or damaged items.

All items are shipped from the UK. Delivery times vary depending on production and order volume. Because items are made-to-order, delivery may take longer than standard shipping estimates.

Once we transfer the products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you. We are not liable for shipping delays caused by the carrier or customs.
Returns and Refunds
Because items are made-to-order:
No cancellations are allowed after order confirmation.
Returns are only accepted for faulty or damaged items.
Normal wear, minor imperfections, or delicate materials that may naturally tear or fray are not considered faulty.
How to request a return:
1. Contact us within 14 days at info@petrafagerstrom.com if your item is faulty or damaged.
2. Include your order number, item name, and a description of the issue.
3. Do not return items without prior approval.
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions and a return shipping label. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is inspected.
Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges. To purchase a different item, place a separate order once your return is approved.
